bronceado perfecto - rutina de verano

Con la llegada del sol es inevitable pensar en faldas, shorts y vestidos cortos, por supuesto para que estas prendas luzcan hay que traer una piel brillante, sana y bronceada. 

Esta es mi rutina de cuidado de mis piernas para estos días.  Al tener la tez morenita no me hace falta exponerme demasiado tiempo al sol, si lo tuyo es diferente adiciona un bloqueador solar o un bronceador. 

Además recuerda siempre cuidar tu alimentación y tomar mucha agua.

With the arrival of the sun it is inevitable to think on skirts, shorts and short dresses, of course so that these garments look great you have to show a bright, healthy and tanned skin.
This is my routine to take care of my legs for these sunny days. Having the dark skin I do not need to expose myself  too much time in the sun, if yours is different add a sunblock or a bronzer.
Also remember that is very important  to always take care of your food and drink plenty of water.

1. Empieza con una ducha caliente acompañada del exfoliante atraves de movimientos circulares. Si quien amplificar el efecto utiliza una esponjita.

- Recuerda que mientras mas lisa esté tu piel mas uniforme quedará tu bronceado (natural o artificial). - 

2. Hidrata tu piel antes y despues de exponerte al sol. Así aseguraras la recuperación de tu piel. Cuando voy a usar falda prefiero usar la oción en spray de avena de St. Ives, pues te deja cero sensación grasa todo el día.

- Remember that the smoother your skin is, the most uniform you get your tan (natural or artificial). -
  2. Moisturize your skin before and after exposing yourself to the sun. This will ensure a grest recovery of your skin. When I'm going to wear a skirt I prefer to use the oats spray ointment of St. Ives, it leaves you feeling non greasy all day.
