The Itchimbia Cultural Center was the venue for the first "Sordo Moda" fashion show, a new proposal to understand the meaning of fashion, as a wide and more inclusive concept, where beauty does not depend on special abilities or differences.
This is an initiative of Full Deaf Quality, an institution formed by lacking the power of hearing people who came together to generate projects in favor of its population. We attended this event with great enthusiasm and of course not knowing what to expect. The answer was very emotional, fun and of course full of hope: seeing people with hearing disability walking the runway for the first time and show the new of this designers: Paulina Anda (Makiatto), María José Lascano (M & D), Estefanía Torres (Torré) and Joselyn Chicaza and Karina Arévalo (DisMod).

I love this trend of transparent dresses over pants. It's super comfortable! especially in the cold nights of Quito. As the event was at night and I wanted to look more dress up I did not want to wear jeans, I changed them for my satin leggins.
On the accessories I must tell you that I decided to add a touch of color. I used the orange and pink tones of the clutch and the shoes to make the outfit look a little more cheerful.
