En esta sección hacemos un recuento en orden alfabético de los básicos de todo armario, ya estamos en la letra "G": Gafas de sol Wayfarer.
Wayfarer es un modelo de gafas creado por Ray-Ban en 1952 quienes en ese momento explotaban la nueva tecnología del plástico. Sus marcos negros trapezoidales, fueron creados inicialmente con el objetivo de que lucieran masculinos. Aunque eran muy populares entre los hombres, Audrey Hepburn en Breakfast at Tiffany's hizo que luzcan completamente femeninas, creo que desde entonces todas pusimos unas Wayfarer entre nuestros básicos. Ya están a punto de cumplir 60 años y aún las siguen produciendo!Puntos importantes:
- Hoy las producen en muchísimos colores pero creo que ninguno tiene ese "je ne se pas" tan especial de los marcos negros.
- Existen muchísimos modelos de gafas pero las wayfarer son un ítem que jamás te harán ver como una víctima de la moda, te harán ver siempre très chic!!!
